HousePro utilizes third party payment gateways, such as Stripe, for the purpose of billing your account and processing payments. These payment gateways, in accordance with their respective privacy policies, will use your credit card and other payment information. Any damages that may result from unauthorized use, publication, disclosure, or misuse of this payment information, including credit card information, will not be the liability of HousePro to you or any other person.
The Site or Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and no one under age 13 may provide any personal information to, on or through the Site or Services. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information to, on or through the Site or Services, make any purchases through the Site or Services, use any of the interactive or public comment features, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use.
